Today I wanted to share some tips on how to have a great a school year. The beginning of a new school year can be so stressful and scary for many. It's a time where everyone has to focus on their responsibilities and put an end to their joyful adventures from the summer. It's a harsh transition, but it doesn't always have to be that way. The school year can be full of that same summer joy if you follow these few tips <3. ゜・.⛧*┈┈┈┈﹤୨♡୧﹥ ┈┈┈┈*⛧⋆-: ✧ :-゜・. 1. Create a Schedule <3 One thing that helped me have a good school year was having a schedule. Sometimes school can make us feel like we're drowning. It can be overwhelming and extremely exhausting. Writing everything down and keeping things organized helps keep everything in its place. Everytime I stuck to my schedule, I didn't feel so scatterbrained and overwhelmed. It makes school a whole lot easier and helps us to breathe for a little while. At first, it may be difficult to stick to it, but the more you use it, the clearer everything becomes :). 2. Self-Care Days <3 School can easily become overwhelming and stressful. If we're not careful, all the responsibilities can come piling up to our necks. Whenever you feel like the weight of school is becoming too heavy, take a day off. Take some time to breathe and reset from the hectic week <3. 3. Keep Good Company <3
It is so important to surround yourself with good people. You want to be friends with people who will encourage you and support you. Good friends will come along when the time is right, so don't force anything <3.

Today I wanted to share some tips on how to build self confidence. Everyone goes through a season in life where they deal with insecurity. It's a scary time and it's a obstacle that may be impossible to overcome. I was once in that position and it was really hard for me to love myself again. But through discipline and love, I was able to overcome it and I know you can too! Here are a few tips to help build your self confidence. ゜・.⛧*┈┈┈┈﹤୨♡୧﹥ ┈┈┈┈*⛧⋆-: ✧ :-゜・. 1. Words of Affirmation <3 It's really easy for us humans to believe every word we hear. Especially the words that we tell ourselves. If you have been telling yourself that you're ugly, unworthy, stupid, or have been saying other negative comments to yourself, then soon enough you'll begin to believe it. You are what you say you are. So please, tell yourself the truth! You are beautiful, worthy, smart, and so much more. Tell yourself words of affirmation everyday until you begin to believe those words <3. 2. Opening Up <3 Sometimes we rely on our own strength way too much; it gets to the point where we become burnt out from fighting our own battles. Something I've learned throughout this past year is that fellowship is important. Asking your friends to help carry your burdens is how you can heal and how you can defeat the giant that has been towering over your life. I encourage you all to open up to the people who are close to you and seek out their help. Your loved ones will be there for you and will show you a new perspective in your situation. It may seem scary at first, but I promise you it'll all be worth it in the end :). 3. Fixing Relationships <3 Unfortunately, we live in a world where it's common for people to say terrible things to others. These words or actions can cause many people to become depressed, insecure, and blinded by the lies that have been spewed. If you are in a relationship with someone who constantly brings you down, I encourage you to end that relationship. You want to surround yourself with people who will support you, encourage you, and push you to your full potential! Today I wanted to share some tips on how to enjoy life this summer. During the summer months, there are no responsibilities to worry about. You are free to do the things you love and embrace various hobbies and interests. But sometimes we become overwhelmed with our lives and that tends to ruin the moments we've been blessed with. If your summer has been filled with stress, exhaustion, and other negative emotions, then trust me when I say that you're not alone. These are normal things that we all experience in our lives. But don't worry, you can still live your best life this summer regardless of the curveballs that have been thrown at you. -: ✧ :-゜・.⛧*┈┈┈┈﹤୨♡୧﹥ ┈┈┈┈*⛧⋆-: ✧ :-゜・. 1. Self Care <3 Taking care of ourselves is important because it allows us to become the most fulfilling person we can be. It helps us blot out the wrong habits, heal our scars, and gives us a chance to dig deep into our souls and love ourselves a little more. The spirit of God dwells within us, guiding us through life, so we must also take care of our bodies. You can do that by cleaning up your space, practicing hygiene, trying out new hobbies, spending time with the Lord, and so much more <3. Practicing self care will make this summer the happiest one yet and be the beginning of a new chapter in your life. 2. Phone Use <3 There is nothing wrong with using your phone but the amount of time spent on it can prevent you from living your happiest life this summer. Summer is a time to get outside and see the world around you. It's a time for friends, to try new things, and take advantage of the sunshine. You can't do those things if you're hiding in your room and on the phone. Let's leave technology for a while and make memories this summer <3. |
